Relationship graphs and contextual networks are presented as tools for seeing relationships, not proof of wrongdoing. Every node is source-linked and explainable; proximity is not guilt.

• Timelines, tabular records, relationship graphs, and ownership trees.
• Document repositories and comparative views.
• No default perspective that nudges interpretation.

Publication and readability review

A dedicated publication cohort checks clarity without oversimplification, correct labelling of confidence markers, and accessibility across devices and abilities. The aim is honesty, not friendliness.

Transparency and feedback

• Shows how evidence moves from intake to archive, verification, and corrections.
• Accepts feedback on presentation formats without changing evidence.
• The record does not bend; the lens can.

Boundaries and non-functions

• No commentary, interpretation, or engagement optimisation.
• No dark patterns, nudges, or ranking tricks.
• No hiding of uncertainty or complexity.

• Receives approved material from Investigations and Corporate Context.
• Enforces ethical and neutrality standards from Methods & Ethics.
• Maintains strict separation from Dispatch & Cultural Analysis.

Governance and authority
