This page records how the public site handles publication status, corrections, redactions, and transparency checkpoints. A checkpoint is not a claim that a record is perfect. It is a way of showing what was published, when, and under which public reference state.
The current public surface is intentionally conservative: only public-safe material appears here. Internal leads, sensitive intake, unpublished evidence, and operational data are not exposed on the public site.

What they prove
A checkpoint can show that a public artefact, feed, or register existed in a particular published state at a particular time, and can provide stable references for later comparison.
What they do not prove
A checkpoint does not prove that every statement is complete, that every source is final, or that future corrections will not be needed. Evidence-led publication still allows revision when the record changes.
